of team members let's shake it out I'm here with Coach remote football team here at losing you what are some of the challenges coaching volleyball the big challenges are while there's no culture of volleyball here yet at the school so people aren't very familiar with that we have a team or you wouldn't out out complexion volleyball can be another challenge has some of the teams we play we are in probably the most competitive volleyball leagues in the State against Redondo and Mira Costa and Dave have multiple state championship between each other for charges and I think he's trying to go with me Donald Henry school and getting more people want to come on and play volleyball team to play volleyball I played volleyball during PE and for somebody is when he texted me and I found itself, which America the only had a below minimum wage job and she couldn't get anything done and achieve her American Dream but because of the life my mom bills here in America I have the opportunity to go to school and go to college and become successful and make sure that my mom knows your sacrifices were worth it so I can achieve my American dream about Eleanor Roosevelt she was fearless and she was fearless and her critique and try to assist people that she would even go again her friend her husband happened to be the president of the United States and it was Eleanor who helped lead the country and not hand actually have to role model the first one is my mom knowing her background coming from Philippines and that she took a Gamble and come to America and not knowing anything other than what you learned back home and seen a lot of tough things that she's been through and now that much older I've really appreciated all that she's done for me to establish the Farm Workers Union and Advil and for workers rights and was kind of like one of the pioneers of organized labor in Southern California and then fell Hook is writer who deals with kind of the intersections of race gender and class my female role model is my mommy she's the perfect woman in my eyes only secondary to my wife what what can I just write a book by Michelle Obama and that book was really inspirational to me she talked about how she became a woman she is today and I found a lot of good lessons in it about how she supported her husband how she was a working mother how she navigated the political landscape as a black woman so I just found her book to be very inspirational and an honest I think of powerful women the first when I comes up to my mind is Beyonce it's just how to her powerful thinking of powerful performances her fashion the way she talked to her kids she just powerful now it's like the first woman to get 6 Grammys in one night just the way she walks is just as soon as she like walks out and just start singing you can just feel the power on her energy and her Pride she's like one of the first minority woman to be like out there and can be like proud of her music and we'll always top Billboard charts 7 months of training averaging 30 miles a week a little fellow Olympian skater that fell a marathon 26.2 miles from Dodger Stadium to Santa Monica at 2 and I are royal royal Alexis Rivera Carlos and Elizabeth Campos finally, there's no way Elena Ramirez and Brian's that out there the best part of running the marathon was finishing it now I'm done running a marathon was running it to my knees hurt something that you end up hating I think if you're in pain you're doing something right that means you're like really going at it I woke up sick with a fever the morning before I was tired definitely but I kind of persevered that kind of made me feel better that I kind of boy Madison do better than eyelashes time that sounds great I feel like the people cheering you on getting to see the city running pushing yourself pushing your limits it's always an experience you can really trade in with anything else I'd say the hardest part will probably have to be like mentally telling myself that I have to finish this and I got to finish this third marathon in a row for me yes I was off the hook I'm hungry really there's a McDonald's on the street not much but what I do know is cooking it up in the kitchen hi everybody this is Chef Meyer coming from the beautiful Pomona Fairplex and we are at the prostart competition this weekend and I would say that the hardest part about the competition itself was just the long hours that we had to put in the car and I'm a part of the CPA it's Pro start a business management competition the hardest part was play going in front of so many people on these are people who are like respected and we'll have like great job then like know their stuff the next to labor I am now part of the prostart culinary team excitable nervous but I have confidence in my team and I think we could pull through High School in the kitchen wrist twisting like a stir fry in the kitchen in the kitchen wrist twisting like a stir that line be long
