Happy New Year Advance America the Olympians what's your resolutions are let's see if they've been keeping up with them  my New Year's resolution will be to lose weight because it hard carrying this like you know when people get pregnant national debt solutions to save money so I can get a car parents are my guardians or anybody drink a soda again even waste my money on like Jordan the cold or something like that directions to Jordan but it's like you know I love him you got the kids I like taquitos how many calories how much how much is a dose of 400 done with the shopping let's take a look into it Nasha walking around no I was just lower things going to buy some shoes you ask you trying on this shows not see that was my resolution for 2017 not 2016 add New Year resolution not to spend money on shows in  we have a footage is a whole nother thing when you spending you still spending money on shoes but with shoes on I still got money kind of saved up why you guys suck at keeping Cardinals so I got a question for you cop or to actually how and why did you do the Spartan Race well you know I'm a little crazy you know I like to do things are not normal I like to do triathlons and Spartan runs and it was just a challenge from a friend of mine he's like you know I dare you come on here and try Sparty Brian Triathlon no not there many was crazy when the most grueling demanding things I've ever done on top of football track anything I've done in my life Spartan Race kick my rear end  harder than football I mean you figure you football for long long time and you figure how hard is training camp two-a-days I've never cramped up to a point where I had to sit down for 5 minutes and way to my body shut down and recharged to get back up and finish the race this right here was the hardest thing I've ever had to do  so do you think you're the most athletic teacher on this campus I think there are a lot of students and teachers that can do with carbon raised right now but the most athletic that's not as hard to say depends on what you call that letter guy like you myself in shape I like to take on any challenge that I've been given but I believe in your Coach Porter and you know some other teaching his desk or whose great tennis player they they have there feels and I can't you know that I am that but as far as being able to do this you and the Spartan Race I think that's a lot of our staff and students can get involved with that just something you got challenges up and do it is not even about just being a person that's involved Sports is it someone that has the mental fortitude to just say I'm going to do some can do it I saw a people out there of all walks of life being small disabled people were doing this lady he had she had very limited use of her legs she did the whole thing with crutch can you put a crutches down to the cargo next 20 feet in the air and climb down just on it was crazy but it was very inspiring I mean I'm a former athlete I was struggling like I had to sit down there are people out there one guy was like 350 lb jumping over no walls and climbing on a barbed wire and jumping over fire it was crazy but the ability of people when they make their mind up to do something it's crazy how you can make things happen as long as you have a positive attitude when you go out then go get it this guy cramped up every game here at losing your but I believe agent Gilliard can do a pretty good job in a Spartan Race I think I would like to see it for myself you packs mustard this guy he man Diesel watches the about Jose Ortiz leads the team in scoring leads the team in defense sky is crazy full it doesn't matter what he plays when he's on the field his presence is felt  well all I know is play FIFA  FIFA he would be the LeBron James in FIFA if he was ever to be in FIFA the dude add like a 99 overall on the field  Armitage do last year have 5 dudes guard them still scored play I'm the late to the topic at hand  yeah so here's a little promo video we did we end of the captains and stuff what clip stop my name is Lester Panera on number 7 for the varsity soccer team and I play center mid captain Varsity soccer team Adam for Leuzinger High School soccer team for small being Captain it's of Honor playing as a freshman in Varsity I've always looked up to the other seniors and I'm getting this trance be kept in his  does it's honor to be my chair Charlie everyone else help the younger people that Michael up on bar JV and freshman are soundtronics I went CIF cuz I think we have a pretty decent seem to go far right now we still have work to do but I have a good feeling frame to come out doing really good this is very high and we have to motivate ourselves believe that we still have a long way to go we still have the heart to play it is not just confidence we actually have the heart to play a sport that we like more work hard everyday do we got to get better just to work hard and
