AP Review Quiz #2 - 1754 (French/Indian War) through 1809 (End of Jefferson's Presidency). HW was to complete the next set of Study Guides FT2A5 Ch 4,5 or Kaplan Ch.8,9 (below are the attached questions) but also remember to look over your past study guides (SG 1,,2,3 from FT2a5 and Kaplan Unit 1, attached are my power points for review) which you are also responsible for knowing and memorizing, The AP Exam and our final will be on all the information of the whole year, not just what you worked on this week. Remember, after answering the questions, review your work, create note cards of information you can't memorize, and then rewrite it again onto a cheat sheet for everything else you can't remember. Doing the work one time and simply answering the questions will not prepare you for the quiz or Ap exam. Remember, this quiz can replace an earlier test score.

Spring Break- Review Test #1 upon return from break. All students will begin their review for the AP Exam on May 6 by reading from either "Fast Track to a 5" (Periods 1,2) or Kaplan AP US History (blue book). Each test has a series of questions to be answered which are different for both books but cover the same subject matter. For anyone without a book, attached are the chapters to FT2A5. Make sure you answer the correct set of questions if you are using the attachments on this site.
Assignment- all students are expected to familiarize themselves with early American history from European Exploration to the end of the Revolutionary War. Students will be given a TEST upon return on Monday April 4. Bonus- these reviews count as a test but any student that perform better on these review tests, I will replace a previous lower test score with the higher review test score. This is an opportunity for students to seriously improve their grade, as well as, prepare for the AP Exam. Please, work hard and study. If you only give a partial effort or no effort, you grade will decline seriously and you will find your grade in jeopardy.
FT2A5- read Chapters 1,2,3 and answer Study Guides 1,2,3
Kaplan- read unit 1 (Chapters 3-7) answer Kaplan Study Guide Unit 1

1 half sheet of paper will be allowed as a writing aid. All students need to have the 4 document summaries written on one side and on the other side a well thought out thesis and rough cluster of your paragraphs. No definitions or explanations will be allowed.
