<div>Semester Final!!!! The semester final will be given upon return from Winter Break.&nbsp; This exam will cover the entire semester and is worth 1 test grade.&nbsp; Attached is a study guide with questions for students to answer to help prepare for the exam.&nbsp; Go back through my previous posts to find any insights that are not in your notebooks.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>More importantly, this exam is optional but can help your grade immensely.&nbsp; First, if you have missed any tests (like the last one given on Dec. 16 covering the Civil War), this test is not optional.&nbsp; You currently have a fail for those exams and only this final can be used to change those missing test grades.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>This final exam will also be able to replace any previous test if the final exam grade is higher than a previous test.&nbsp; If you earn a "B" on the final, I will replace any test score where the student scored lower than a "B".&nbsp; This final exam can dramatically change a students grade for the better.&nbsp; If a student already has an "A" in the class, relax!!!!&nbsp; You do not need to take the exam and you earned a well deserved rest.&nbsp; Congratulations on a good semester.&nbsp; For all other students, please look back over the old insights, answer the questions in the study guide, review the study guide, create note cards, and work hard over the break (or at least the last week.)&nbsp; If you cram Sunday night, you will not do well.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>Also attached is a sample question from the final.&nbsp; The questions are document based, so you need to read the document, figure it out, and apply what you have learned with the help of the document to answer the questions.</div><br>
